Throughout my work, whether it has pertained to strategic communications, narrative development or strictly marketing, it is guided by a simple, self-repeating process that appears across all disciplines: Assessment, discernment, refinement. This process has been deeply informed by other communicators, strategists and experts within the field.

My core values are interwoven in this process. These values are a testament of my own lived experiences, alongside those who I have partnered with -- particularly those from underserved or marginalized communities.
